OLD BUSINESS

ANNUAL MEETING UPDATE - OCT. 4-5-6, 2024

Iggi, Mike and John summarized the Agenda for ROA's Upcoming National Meeting in Washington, D.C. In October.

Delegates to the National Meeting - Our Attendees include : Iggi, Mike, John, Karl Whitby and MG Wilmoth.

Discussion included the budget for these attendees. Tom mentioned that he has budgeted various amounts to

Assist Iggi, Mike, John and Karl with some of their travel, Registration and related expenses.

NEW BUSINESS

MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT - Tom Froneberger

Tom reviewed our accounts and mentioned that our overall assets are now approx. $80,000.

This is the highest accounts total that we have seen in recent years.

Tom also mentioned that we will be receiving some credit from ZOOM, Inc.

ROA SPECIAL SEMINAR for JUNIOR Officers, Enlisted and PHS

Although COL Riedler was not on this call, Iggi stated, that he had sent our Department

Membership Roster / Info. to COL Kevin Riedler for Planning Purposes.

DEPARTMENT WEBSITE UPDATES

Iggi discussed his ability to post current info and photos to our website. ROA National may be adjusting their

National Website / Pages in the future, to improve readability and ease of access to ROA's On-Line

MEMBERSHIP APPICATION. Many Departments NOW have established their own independent Websites

and do not need to utilize all of the functions of ROA's HQ web-pages. Mike Moose mentioned that

OUR URL-DIRECT Link, to OUR Department's website, is NOW posted on the National Website !!

This will improve all members and potential members web-access, to see OUR current Department Info quickly and easily.

DEPARTMENT CHRISTMAS LUNCH

This event will be Friday, DECEMBER 13, 2024. (Location to be determined.)

We will have a ZOOM CALL on OCT. 17 to finalize details for the Christmas Lunch on Dec. 13.

Other appropriate topics will also be discussed.
