Department Life Member CDR John Leonard (USCG), presented the ROA ROTC Certificates to Cadets Eva Diekemper and Ryan Vladimir at the annual Navy ROTC awards ceremony at Duke University. Cadet Diekemper was awarded the ROA ROTC Gold Medal. Cadet Vladimir was awarded the ROA ROTC Silver Medal.
