Life Member Army Brigadier General Ferdinand Irizarry presented the ROA ROTC Certificate to Cadets Joseph L. Leimkuhler and Zachary Stevens. The awards ceremony was held at University of North Carolina-Charlotte on 28 April 2026 during the university's annual Army Military Ball.
MG Peggy Wilmoth presented the ROA Certificate to cadet Madelyn E. Scholerfield at an ROTC Certificate at an awards ceremony on 23 April 2026 at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill .
Amendment 2-Constitution and Bylaws
The ROA Annual Meeting will be held at the ROA Headquarters building 16-19 October 2025.
