This past weekend, we successfully concluded our first annual national meeting at the prestigious Minuteman Memorial Building in Washington. During the meeting, we achieved two significant milestones: the approval to present a simplification of our charter to Congress and the introduction of ballot voting as an option for conducting elections. The minutes from the meeting are expected to be posted before the end of the month.

On 23 September, ROA National President held a Zoom Call with Department Presidents, Secretaries, and National Councilmen.
President Layne R. Wroblewski, Lieutenant Colonel, USAF (Ret), proposed amendments to both the association’s federal charter and constitution changes were initially approved during the 2021 National Convention in Memphis to facilitate ballot voting and simplify the charter.
